For standard wholesale enquiries, please provide your full name, business email address, country, required product, estimated quantity and relevant details about your purchasing requirements.

For large-volume purchases, recurring supply agreements, private-label projects, distribution arrangements, territorial representation or exclusivity discussions, Amber Caffè requires a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) before preparing or releasing detailed volume pricing, customized commercial terms or supply quotations. The LOI should be issued by the prospective buyer or company and should clearly include the legal company name, country, contact details, required product, estimated quantity, expected purchasing frequency and destination country or port. Amber Caffè does not provide detailed commercial quotations solely for price comparison, market research, brokerage enquiries or speculative purchasing requests. Detailed pricing and commercial information are prepared for verified prospective buyers with a genuine purchasing requirement.

Submission of an LOI does not constitute a binding purchase commitment.

It serves as formal confirmation of commercial intent and allows our team to evaluate the enquiry, verify the purchasing requirements and prepare an accurate commercial quotation. Amber Caffè reserves the right to request additional company or purchasing information before issuing a quotation and to decline incomplete, unverifiable or non-qualified commercial enquiries. This policy allows us to protect the time and commercial resources of our team while providing serious prospective partners with accurate pricing, reliable information and professional export support.
